RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase.. If you encounter any issue with your order, we will do our best to make it right.

Items not eligible to be returned or exchanged due to the nature of these items: Subscription items, stickers, rings, socks, wristbands, string bracelets, keychains, and other accessory items.

Our Guarantee

​

Our hope is that you will love what you ordered but if something doesn't work out, we will gladly accept unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise for free returns or exchanges within 30 days from the original shipping date.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn/unused and in the same condition that you received it. If any part of your order arrives damaged, please email info@1nationclothingco.com with a photo of the damaged items, and we will assist you with your inquiry.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. We incur a $6 handling fee on all refunds.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days.

Sale items (if applicable)


Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items are final sale


Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your credit card company/bank account again. Then contact your credit card company/bank account as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. This can take up to 10 business days. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund after 10 business days, please contact us at info@1nationclothingco.com

Shipping

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

International return postage must be paid for by the customer.
